What should we wear?

Something you can move comfortably in—leggings, bike shorts, or whatever makes you feel good. Barefoot or grippy socks for mat, grippy socks required for reformer.

How early should we arrive?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so everyone can settle in and get comfy.

Can we bring decorations or snacks?

Totally—just let us know ahead of time so we can plan space accordingly. Keep it simple and studio-friendly (no confetti or glitter, please).

Is this good for beginners?

Yes. We’ll tailor the class to your group—whether it’s everyone’s first time or you’ve got a few Pilates regulars.

What if it rains (for rooftop classes)?

If weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the class indoors or reschedule, depending on availability.

how far in advance can i book?

Space fills up fast—we get 2–3 bachelorette party requests a week (sometimes even daily!). We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure your ideal date, but feel free to reach out anytime. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you!
