  • Something you can move comfortably in—leggings, bike shorts, or whatever makes you feel good. Barefoot or grippy socks for mat, grippy socks required for reformer.

  • Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so everyone can settle in and get comfy.

  • Totally—just let us know ahead of time so we can plan space accordingly. Keep it simple and studio-friendly (no confetti or glitter, please).

  • Yes. We’ll tailor the class to your group—whether it’s everyone’s first time or you’ve got a few Pilates regulars.

  • If weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the class indoors or reschedule, depending on availability.

  • Space fills up fast—we get 2–3 bachelorette party requests a week (sometimes even daily!). We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure your ideal date, but feel free to reach out anytime. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you!
